Rhassoul Mud - Best Homemade Remedy To Get Healthy Skin And Hair

You all know that the most delicate part of the body is your skin. The best remedy for great skin is rhassoul mud. If your skin does not get proper care and nutrition it gets dry and becomes rough.

Trying different types of cosmetics can also harm your skin. Sometimes you think using expensive cosmetics and lotions might make your skin glow but very little of the product’s claim comes true. Mask made of mud is very good for your skin and it is been a long time that people are using this.

You may be curious to know where this mud comes from. Rhassoul mud is a radish colored clay which comes from the deposits of the Atlas Mountains which is located in Moulouya valley 200 km away from the city of Fes. This mud is famous all over the world and is used in most of the upscale health spas throughout the world and has the ability to make the skin look beautiful.

This mud is not only good for the skin but it has a grease removing property and a foaming effect that is good for the skin and the hair because it can be used as a natural shampoo to clean the hair.

Mud is good for both hair and skin but rhassoul is different and unique. This contains higher concentration of trace elements such as calcium, silica, iron, potassium, sodium, and magnesium which make rhassoul unique. These elements help to prevent the entire skin problem and also detoxify the skin.

The body stops producing mineral as it grows old so the body needs other sources. The deficiency of these minerals makes the skin dry, brittle bones and nails, wrinkles and lackluster hair. You can replenish these depleted minerals by using this mud.

This mud helps in drawing out the toxins and the impurities of the skin with the help of the drying action. This can also help to get rid of the excess oil, skin cells, sebum and dirt so it can be used as the cleanser and at the same time it also moisturizes the skin and gives a soothing effect.

It helps in improving the clarity, texture and elasticity of the skin while reducing the flakiness and dryness of the skin too. This mud is mild so you can also use if you have sensitive skin. There is a simple homemade remedy which can make your skin beautiful.

A mixture of 2 oz of herbs like lavender, marshmallow root or ginger root, ground chamomile and 2 oz of mud should be well prepared. If you apply this mixture you will get healthy and beautiful skin.
