Cocktail Drink Recipes

You can turn your cocktail drink recipes healthier and more delicious by adding some simple ingredients. You can add fruit or vegetable juices to the cocktail to make it a healthy drink enriched with vitamins and minerals. You can try adding agave nectar, pomegranate juice or pureed mango to bring bright color, flavor and essential nutrients to any drink.

You can avoid powdered mixes or white sugar to cocktail drinks. Instead, you can add agave nectar to get the taste of sweetness. Agave nectar has a low glycemic index that provides the sweet taste, without increasing unhealthy blood levels caused by white sugars.

The mild natural flavor of this nectar lends a delicious hint of flavor to cocktail recipes.

You can add pure maple syrup and honey to any cocktail drink recipes. Maple syrup contains important minerals like manganese. Manganese neutralizes free radicals and produces energy. An ounce of maple syrup supplies 225 of the daily recommended value.

It restricts the abnormal formation of blood clots, which is one of the leading causes of heart attack and stroke.

Cocktail Drink Recipes
You can try delectable cocktail drink recipes by mixing crushed fresh peppermint leaves and a slice of a fresh sugarcane. Sugarcane is a healthy alternative for processed sweeteners. You can add any fruit on a skewer to get natural flavors and taste. You can also get the health benefits of that fruit. Orange juice, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and kiwi syrup can add a unique tang to the cocktail drink.

You can try natural syrup versions to make cocktail drinks healthy. You can add half a cup of honey with a quarter cup of warm water. Then you can mix it with white rum. You can add half a cup of fresh lime juice and crushed ice. Pour it into the rum mixture and serve.

Take lemons, oranges, a cup of dark rum, sugar, water, green tea leaves and a bottle of chilled champagne and seltzer water. Slice organs and lemons and combine them with rum. Cover and let the mixture macerate for at least eight hours. Add sugar and water in a saucepan and boil. Remove from heat and then add some green tea leaves, Strain the mixture to rum.
