Cinnamon Oil

Cinnamon oil has many health benefits and it is one of the most commonly known herbs and spices used for health problems and also as in important ingredient in food preparations.

Although it is believed that this essential oil has many healing properties it can also cause irritation, restlessness and allergies to a few people. Most people prefer using cinnamon over oil because of the allergic reactions.

Scientifically cinnamon is known as Cinnamomum zeylanicum. It is found in Asia, in the tropical regions only. Mostly it is found only in two countries of Asia which are Sri Lanka and India.

Cinnamon oil is considered as a very important traditional herb because of its extraordinary medicinal and healing capabilities. It is considered as an essential herb in the traditional Indian medicinal system. It is so common across various different cultures because of its healing properties which can cure arthritis, diarrhea, menstrual cramps, heavy menstruation, colds, flu, infections and even problems of the digestive system.

Many doctors across the globe are using the oil and herb to cure problems of the respiratory system, skin infections, blood impurities and heart problems as well. The herb is very useful for such kind of problems.

Apart from being medically helpful, this oil is also very beneficial for health. if consumed on regular basis it acts as a brain tonic for the human body. It acts as a brain tonic because it speeds brain activity and helps human beings to think faster and concentrate better. The oil and herb are also helpful when it comes to remembering better.

Memory loss becomes less frequent because of consumption of cinnamon. It is also helpful for coping up with tension and anxiety. It also enhances the cognitive abilities of humans and makes them healthier and increases stamina as well.

One of the most important functions of cinnamon is that it can remove impurities from blood. You must consume it if you have problems of acne and pimples. It helps in the circulation of blood because it contains a compound in it which helps in the thinning of blood. Hence it also helps to reduce pain.

This in turn leads to a good amount of oxygen supply in the body leading to higher metabolic activity. It has antibacterial properties and is hence effective for internal as well as external purposes. It helps effectively to destroy germs in the gall bladder.
