Honey is a sweet yellow liquid food which is made by bees. The benefits of honey are very important for our health. Bees collect nectar from the flowers and store it in their house which is harvested by human beings. All the insects preserve nectar but honey created by bees is the most famous nectar.

Every corner of the world you will get honey in any supermarket or chemists as it is popular all over the world.Honey has medicinal value and can be used in many home made food items. It has sweet taste and can be used as a substitute for sugar. Due to its medicinal value today it is used everywhere.
